De plus, il offre un support efficace lors des entretiens individuels avec les travailleurs, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 une approche personnalis\u00e9e dans la gestion des risques psychosociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Contribution \u00e0 la Psychologie du Travail au Togo :<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En dotant la communaut\u00e9 professionnelle togolaise du QEPT, <a href=\"https:\/\/monpsychomag.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/31\/vers-lequilibre-psychosocial-au-travail-soutenance-de-these-damega-enyam-mesa-komi-en-psychologie-du-travail-au-togo\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7958\"><strong>AMEGA Enyam Mesa Komi<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 a ouvert de nouvelles perspectives dans la compr\u00e9hension et la gestion proactive des risques psychosociaux.
