Il se reconnait par un langage fluide, volubile (logorrh\u00e9e), trouble de la compr\u00e9hension, erreurs paraphasiques, jargon parfois totalement incompr\u00e9hensible, \u00e9criture perturb\u00e9e, patient anosognosique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Il y a un d\u00e9ficit de la reconnaissance des sons qui pourrait expliquer l\u2019absence de compr\u00e9hension dans l\u2019aphasie de Wernicke.
