Pour garder la fra\u00eecheur\u00a0: pas de chemise de nuit en pilou\u00a0!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pas de smartphone le soir<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9al est de l\u2019\u00e9teindre ou de basculer en mode avion pour ne plus recevoir d\u2019alertes. Il ne faut pas le laisser allum\u00e9 sur la table de nuit, car il \u00e9met une lumi\u00e8re qui perturbe l\u2019endormissement.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B\u00e2iller \u00e0 volont\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Le b\u00e2illement agit comme un petit ventilateur qui viendrait rafra\u00eechir le cerveau<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, assure les scientifiques. Pendant cette courte parenth\u00e8se, il n\u2019y a plus de son, plus d\u2019image.
