La premi\u00e8re est psychologique, en simulant un comportement calme, vous faites croire \u00e0 votre subconscient que, tout compte fait, vous \u00eates une personne sereine. Or, notre subconscient aime imaginer et jouer des r\u00f4les ! Il va alors influencer notre \u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00eatre du moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La seconde est physiologique : en 1994, les chercheurs d&rsquo;un laboratoire am\u00e9ricain de physiologie ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude avec des acteurs.
